SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 28, 2006, the Department published in the Federal Register the AD Orders on CLPP from India and the PRC. [ 1 ] On July 3, 2017, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the Department initiated the second sunset reviews of the AD Orders on CLPP from India and the PRC.
