SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 26, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Department”) published a notice of initiation of both the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products (CLPP) from India, and the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on CLPP from the People's Republic of China (PRC), covering the period September 1, 2008, to August 31, 2009. See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Request for Revocation in Part , 74 FR 54956 (October 26, 2009).
