SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 26, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Department”) published a notice of initiation of both the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products (CLPP) from India, and the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on CLPP from the People's Republic of China (PRC), covering the period September 1, 2008, to August 31, 2009. See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Request for Revocation in Part , 74 FR 54956 (October 26, 2009). The preliminary results of these reviews are currently due no later than June 9, 2010. 1 Extension of Time Limit of Preliminary Results Section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (“the Act”), requires that the Department make a preliminary determination within 245 days after the last day of the anniversary month of an order for which a review is requested.
