Abstract

The Department of Commerce (the Department) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers/exporters of certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold- rolled steel) from the Russian Federation (Russia). The period of investigation is January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2014. We invite interested parties to comment on this preliminary determination.
