SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On July 28, 2015, the Department of Commerce (Department) received countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from Brazil, India, the People's Republic of China (the PRC), the Republic of Korea (Korea), and the Russian Federation (Russia), filed in proper form on behalf of AK Steel Corporation, ArcelorMittal USA EEC, Nucor Corporation, Steel Dynamics, Inc., and United States Steel Corporation (collectively, Petitioners). The CVD petitions were accompanied by antidumping duty (AD) petitions also concerning imports of cold-rolled steel from all of the above countries, in addition to Japan, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
