SUMMARY: As discussed below, the U.S. Department of Commerce (“the Department”) preliminarily determines that none of the companies remaining under review following the partial rescission of this administrative review have demonstrated their eligibility for a separate rate. [ 1 ] As such, they remain part of the People's Republic of China (“PRC”)-wide entity.
