SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Department) is conducting the sixth ( printed page 13083) administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from Thailand. The respondents which the Department selected for individual examination are Pakfood Public Company Limited and its affiliated subsidiaries (collectively, “Pakfood”)  [ 1 ] and Thai Royal Frozen Food Co., Ltd. (TRF). The respondents which were not selected for individual examination are listed in the “Preliminary Results of Review” section of this notice. The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011. We preliminarily determine that Pakfood and TRF have made sales at below normal value (NV) and, therefore, are subject to antidumping duties. In addition, based on the preliminary results for the respondents selected for individual examination, we have preliminarily determined a margin for those companies that were not individually examined. If the preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results. DATES: Effective Date: March 5, 2012. FOR FURTHER INFOR…
