SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from Thailand at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2023, through January 31, 2024. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 11, 2025, Commerce published the Preliminary Results in the Federal Register , and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On August 6, 2025, Commerce issued a Post-Preliminary Analysis that made changes to the differential pricing analysis method utilized in the Preliminary Results. [ 2 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Post-Preliminary Analysis. [ 3 ] On June 23 through 27, 2025, Commerce conducted verification of Thai Union's  [ 4 ] questionnaire responses.
