SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on citric acid and citrate salts from the People's Republic of China for the period January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010. These preliminary results cover RZBC Group Shareholding Co., Ltd., RZBC Co., Ltd., RZBC Juxian Co., Ltd., and RZBC Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (collectively, the RZBC Companies). If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of this review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess countervailing duties as detailed in the “Preliminary Results of Review” section of this notice.
