SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 29, 2009, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of the CVD order on citric acid from China. [ 1 ] On May 1, 2020, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the second sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
