SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Case History On December 29, 2011, the Department of Commerce (the Department) received a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) filed in proper form by the Wind Tower Trade Coalition (the Petitioner).
