SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 15, 2013, Commerce published the CVD order on wind towers from China. [ 1 ] On April 1, 2024, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the second sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] On April 15, 2024, Commerce received a timely notice of intent to participate from Wind Tower Trade Coalition (WTTC), within the deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) .
