SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Case History On April 19, 2011, the Department initiated a countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of bottom mount refrigerators from Korea. [ 1 ] In the Initiation Notice, the Department set aside a period for all interested parties to raise issues regarding product coverage. The comments we received are discussed in the “Scope Comments” section below. In the Initiation Notice, the Department identified Samsung ( printed page 55045) Electronics Co., Ltd. (SEC) and LG Electronics, Inc. (LGE) as respondents in this investigation.
