SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On March 30, 2011, the Department of Commerce (the Department) received a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of bottom mount combination refrigerator-freezers (bottom mount refrigerators) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) filed in proper form by Whirlpool Corporation (the petitioner), a domestic producer of bottom mount refrigerators.
