Certain Preserved Mushrooms From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Reviews

Abstract

The Department of Commerce (the Department) is currently conducting two new shipper reviews (NSRs) of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China (PRC).\1\ We preliminarily determine that the sales made by Guangxi Hengyong Industrial & Commercial Dev., Ltd (Hengyong) were not made below normal value (NV), and that sales made by Zhangzhou Hongda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd (Hongda), were made below NV. As described below, the period of review (POR) of the NSR for Hengyong is February 1, 2010, through August 31, 2010, and the POR for Hongda is February 1, 2010, through July 31, 2010. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of this review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the POR. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
