SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from the People's Republic of China for the period September 19, 2008, through December 31, 2009. We preliminarily find that RZBC Co., Ltd. (“RZBC Co.”); RZBC Import & Export Co., Ltd. (“RZBC I&E”); RZBC (Juxian) Co., Ltd. (“RZBC Juxian”); and RZBC Group Co., Ltd. (“RZBC Group”) (collectively, “RZBC”), and Yixing Union Biochemical Co., Ltd. (“Yixing Union Co.) and Yixing Union Cogeneration Co., Ltd. (“Cogeneration”) (collectively, “Yixing Union”) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of this review, we will instruct U.S. ( printed page 33220) Customs and Border Protection to assess countervailing duties as detailed in the “Preliminary Results of Review” section of this notice.
