SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand with respect to 165 companies. 1 The three respondents which the Department selected for individual examination are Marine Gold Products Limited (MRG); Pakfood Public Company Limited and its affiliates 2 ; and the Rubicon Group. 3 The respondents which were not selected for individual examination are listed in the “Preliminary Results of Review” section of this notice. This is the fourth administrative review of this order. The review covers the period February 1, 2008, through January 31, 2009. 4 We preliminarily determine that sales were made by MRG, Pakfood and the Rubicon Group below normal value (NV). In addition, based on the preliminary results for the respondents selected for individual examination, we have preliminarily determined a weighted-average margin for those companies that were not individually examined. If the preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries.
