Commerce Department, International Trade Administration
The Department of Commerce ("the Department") is concurrently conducting the sixth new shipper review and fourth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") covering the period February 1, 2002, through January 31, 2003. The new shipper review covers one exporter. We have preliminarily determined that this exporter has made sales at less than normal value and that its reported sale appears to be a bona fide sale. The administrative review covers six exporters. We have preliminarily determined that sales have been made below normal value with respect to one of these exporters. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of these reviews, we will instruct Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") to assess antidumping duties on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review ("POR"), for which the importer-specific assessment rates are above de minimis. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. We will issue the final results no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice.
