SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (“Department”) is postponing the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation of silicon metal from the Russian Federation from August 14, 2002, until no later than September 13, 2002. This postponement is made pursuant to section 733(c)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended. EFFECTIVE DATE: August 9, 2002.
