SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On March 26, 2003, Commerce published in the Federal Register the AD order on silicon metal from the Russian Federation (Russia). [ 1 ] On May 1, 2025, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this fourth sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] On May 7, 2025, Commerce received a timely and complete notice of intent to participate in the sunset review from the Domestic Interested Parties  [ 3 ] within the deadline specified in the 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) .
