The Commission has adopted a Further Notice of Proposed Rule Making, (FNPRM) which seeks comment on whether certain rule changes would be in the public interest. Specifically, the Commission seeks comment on whether it should modify the eligibility criteria to operate in the Public Safety Pool for parks and schools; the eligibility criteria for highway maintenance frequencies; and the power limits for certain dockside channels.
