1998 Biennial Regulatory Review; Private Land Mobile Radio Services

This document extends the time to file comments on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking adopted September 30, 1998. Comments on this notice were due January 4, 1999, and reply comments were due on or before January 22, 1999. Pursuant to a request by Land Mobile Communications Council (LMCC), the Commission is extending the time to file comments to afford interested parties the necessary time to coordinate and file substantive comments for the record.
