Descriptive literature accompanied your letter. Roasted Fig & Mustard Chutney and Fresh Fig & Rhubarb Compote are prepared foods packed for retail sale in glass jars containing 9 ounces (270 grams) net weight. Roasted Fig & Mustard Chutney is composed of brown sugar, roasted figs, white wine vinegar, pear, apple, apricots, mustard, salt, and spice. The chutney is said to be used as an accompaniment to salmon, lamb, beef, and pork. The applicable subheading for the Roasted Fig & Mustard Chutney will be 2103.90.9091, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for sauces and preparations therefor…other…other…other. The duty rate will be 6.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
