Cyclophosphamide imported in dosages of 25 mg and 50 mg capsules is a chemotherapy drug that works by slowing or stopping cell growth. It is indicated for the use as both an antineoplastic and immunosuppressant drug. Clindamycin Phosphate Topical Solution is a topical antibiotic indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris. The applicable subheading for the Cyclophosphamide Capsules in dosage form will be 3004.90.9215, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Medicaments … consisting of mixed or unmixed products for therapeutic or prophylactic uses, put up in measured doses … or in forms or packings for retail sale: Other: Other: Other: Antineoplastic and immunosuppressive medicaments.” The rate of duty will be free. The applicable subheading for Clindamycin Phosphate Topical Solution USP 1% in dosage form will be 3004.20.0060, HTSUS, which provides for “Medicaments…consisting of mixed or unmixed products for therapeutic or prophylactic uses, put up in measured doses … or in forms or packings for retail sale: Other, containing antibiotics: Other: Other.” The rate of duty will be free.
