You submitted descriptive literature and a photo of ornament star grey, SKU#10072499. The ornament is composed of 50 percent medium-density fiberboard (MDF), 45 percent wool yarn mixed with a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) thread and 5 percent jute yarn. The wool yarn/PET thread is wrapped over the star-shaped MDF form and a jute yarn is attached so the ornament can be hung. The item can be used as an ornament or a gift embellishment. The applicable subheading for the ornament star grey, SKU#10072499 will be 5609.00.4000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for articles of yarn, strip or the like of heading 5404 or 5405, twine, cordage, rope or cables, not elsewhere specified or included: Other. The rate of duty will be 3.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
