Your sample will be returned to you, as requested. Style L36SH4017 is a woman’s blouse constructed from both knit and woven components. The front yoke is constructed from 100% polyester woven fabric. The balance of the garment is constructed from 100% viscose knit fabric. The blouse features a partial opening starting at the neckline secured by a twisted cord tie with tassels, long sleeves with banded openings, and a hemmed bottom. The garment extends to below the waist and has at least 10 or more stitches per linear centimeter measured in both directions. The viscose knit fabric imparts the essential character of the garment. The applicable subheading for the style L36SH4017 will be 6106.20.2010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Women’s or girls’ blouses and shirts, knitted or crocheted: Of man-made fibers: Other: Women’s. The duty rate will be 32 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
