You state Metco™ 6810 is a thermal spray powder consisting of Manganese Oxide 54%, Lanthanum Oxide 20%, Cobalt Oxide 15%, and Strontium Oxide 11%. This thermal spray powder is manufactured by blending. The applicable subheading for the Metco™ 6810 Thermal Spray Powder will be in subheading 3824.90.3900, HTSUS, which provides for Prepared binders for foundry molds or cores; chemical products and preparations of the chemical or allied industries (including those consisting of mixtures of natural products), not elsewhere specified or included: Other: Other: Mixtures of two or more inorganic compounds: Other.
