N268921 October 14, 2015 CLA-2-63:OT:RR:NC:N3:351 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 6307.90.8500 Mr. Greg Montgomery, LCB OEC Logistics, Incorporated 11960 Westline Industrial Drive, Suite 350 St. Louis, MO 63134 RE: The tariff classification of a promotional wall banner from China Dear Mr. Montgomery: In your letter dated September 16, 2015, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client, Tera Enterprises Incorporated. You submitted a sample of a 100% polyester textile fabric wall banner to be hung on a wall for advertisement. The promotional banner, is constructed from two pieces of printed fabric sewn together on all sides and measures 70" x 58". The banner is hung using two metal grommets at the top. The promotional banner is printed on both sides. The applicable subheading for the fabric promotional wall banner will be 6307.90.8500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up articles…Other: Wall banners, of man-made fibers. The rate of duty will be 5.8% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on the World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. The sample will be returned to you. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
