The submitted illustration depicts an item that is identified as a Cool-Sleeve. This item is made of flat vented polyethylene (PE) plastic material that measures approximately 9.5” x 14” x 0.039” in thickness and weighs approximately 0.065 lbs. The item is designed to be rolled up into a sleeve to hold and maintain the upright position of a cool beverage bottle that is placed inside a cooler, while still maintain the temperature of the bottle. The rolled up sleeve can be adjusted to 5 different sizes to accommodate different sized bottles. The applicable subheading for the Cool-Sleeve will be 3924.10.4000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for tableware, kitchenware…of plastics: tableware and kitchenware: other. The rate of duty will be 3.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
