Your sample will be returned. Style LSR795 is a woman’s romper constructed from 95% polyester and 5% spandex knit fabric. The sleeveless garment features a U-shaped front neckline and adjustable spaghetti straps. The top of the garment is elasticized and extends straight across the upper chest and back, exposing the upper half of the back. The romper extends to the upper thigh area and features shorts, an elasticized waistband with a drawstring tightening, two pockets below the waist, and hemmed leg openings. The applicable subheading for style LSR795 will be 6114.30.3030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other garments, knitted or crocheted, of man-made fibers, other, sunsuits, washsuits, one-piece playsuits and similar apparel, women’s or girls’. The duty rate will be 14.9% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
