Your sample will be returned as requested. Style 01645 is a woman’s blouse constructed of both knit and woven components. The upper portion of the blouse, which extends from the shoulders to slightly below the bust, is constructed from 100% rayon knit fabric. The lower portion of the blouse, which extends from just below the bust to the hip area, is constructed from 78% cotton and 22% nylon non-knit and non-woven lace-like fabric. The sleeveless pullover-style blouse features a round neckline. The woven component imparts the essential character of the garment. The applicable subheading for style 01645 will be 6206.30.3041, HTSUS, which provides for Women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: Of cotton: Other: Other: Other; Other: Women’s. The rate of duty will be 15.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
