Dear Mr. Eich: In your letter dated December 1, 2014 you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of Rausch and Pausch, LP. The merchandise under consideration is described as parts used in a Magnetic Valve Block: Color Coding Part (green), part number 15315 052, Valve Unit Complete, part number 16743 053 and a plastic Label Color Coding, part number 16733 051. The Valve Unit Complete, part number 16743 053, is designed to be used with all valve bodies manufactured by Rausch and Pausch, LP. In its resting position, the valve unit prevents air flow through the unit. Once activated by an electrical current, the bottom portion of the Valve Unit Complete is pulled towards the core, allowing the flow of pressurized air from the compressor to the air suspension strut. The plastic Color Coding Part, part Number 15315 052, is located in the plug connector complete and serves solely as a unique identifier during assembly. This item is manufactured through a plastic molding system, measures 10 millimeters in length x 10 millimeters in width x 2.9 millimeters in depth and weighs .25 grams. The Label Color Coding, part number 16733 051, is described as a sticker. It measures 4.5 millimeters by 8.7 millimeters and weighs .5 grams.
