Your sample will be returned as requested. Style PC4379 is a woman’s blouse. The front panel of the garment is constructed from polyurethane coated fabric. The collar, sleeves, bottom band, and back panel are constructed from 100% polyester woven fabric. The blouse features a round neckline, short hemmed sleeves, and a hemmed bottom. Style PC4379 does not have a sufficient amount of qualifying fabric to be considered made up of coated fabric for the purposes of heading 6210, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). Therefore, the applicable subheading for style PC4379 will be 6206.40.3030, HTSUS, which provides for Women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: Of man-made fibers: Other: Other: Other: Women’s. The rate of duty will be 26.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
