Dear Mr. Wang: In your letter dated September 6, 2013, on behalf of YJ (USA) Corporation DBA Bazoongi Kids, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You supplied four representative samples which were described as follows: Product code A095WW350UV-MR3.1 consists of a woven fabric composed of pigmented polyethylene plastic strips measuring 1.79 mm wide that have been visibly coated on both sides with a compact polyethylene plastics material. Product code A12WW350UV-MR3.1 consists of a woven fabric composed of pigmented polyethylene plastic strips measuring 2.5 mm wide that have been visibly coated on both sides with a compact polyethylene plastics material. You state that the material weighs 400 grams per square meter having the following breakdown: 55% fabric/45% plastic coating. Product code A028WG547UV-MR2 consists of a woven fabric composed of pigmented polyethylene plastic strips measuring 2.5 mm wide that has been visibly coated on only one side with a compact polyethylene plastics material.
