N245928 September 25, 2013 CLA-2-63:OT:RR:NC:N3:349 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 6304.92.0000 Ms. Ruby Chan Williams-Sonoma, Inc. 151 Union Street San Francisco, CA 94111 RE: The tariff classification of a decorative pillow cover from India Dear Ms. Chan: In your letter dated August 28, 2013 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The subject merchandise is referred to as the Sequin Rope Decorative Pillow Cover, SKU # 3554201. You submitted photographs of the cover and a section of the front panel. The cover is made from 85 percent cotton and 15 percent linen woven fabric. The cover appears to measure approximately 16 inches square and will have a zipper closure. The face panel of the cover is decorated with couching. Two cords running parallel with a line of sequins between them are sewn to the face fabric . The cords are made from 3 polyester yarns and one metalized yarn creating a multiple diamond pattern. The face panel will be backed with a woven cotton fabric. The applicable subheading for the pillow cover will be 6304.92.0000, HTSUS, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), excluding those of heading 9404: other: not knitted or crocheted, of cotton. The duty rate will be 6.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
