The subject merchandise Trimethylsilyl Azide is a chemical compound used as a reagent in the manufacture of flu medications. The applicable subheading for the Trimethylsilyl Azide will be 2931.90.9050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for: Other organo-inorganic compounds: Other: Other: Other. The rate of duty will be 3.7 percent, ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
