Dear Ms. Smith: In your letter dated August 26, 2013, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Your sample will be returned to you as requested. The submitted garment, Style GLM1411 is a girl’s woven rayon pullover blouse. The garment features a round elasticized neckline, raglan short sleeves, a false front placket with five plastic buttons and an adjustable tie fabric bottom that secures at the front. The applicable subheading for Style GLM1411 will be 6211.43.0060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: Other garments, women’s or girls’: Of man-made fibers: Blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses, sleeveless tank styles and similar upper body garments, excluded from heading 6206. The rate of duty will be 16 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
