Phenylhydrazine HCL, CAS 59-88-1, also known as Hydrazinobenzene HCl, is a chemical intermediate. The applicable subheading for the Phenylhydrazine HCl will be 2928.00.2500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Organic derivatives of hydrazine or of hydroxylamine: Other: Aromatic. The rate of duty will be 6.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
