Product literature with pictures of the subject organizers were submitted for our review. The articles under consideration are three models/styles of organizers identified as the Onyx Hospitality Organizer – 1 Drawer (Item number 3274BL), the Hospitality Organizer – 3 Drawer (Item number 3275BL) and the Onyx Stand-Up Hospitality Organizer (Item number 3276BL). The hospitality organizers in question are constructed of steel wire and steel mesh with inner drawers and compartments for the storage of coffee pods, teas and condiments. The product literature states that the organizers are used in break rooms to conference areas to store coffee and tea supplies. Item number 3274BL features one removable divider to store and organize coffee pods. It measures approximately 12½ inches in width by 11 inches in length by 3¼ inches in height. Item number 3275BL features three tiers of removable dividers to organize supplies including coffee pods, coffee sticks, sugar and napkins. It measures approximately 8½ inches in width by 11¼ inches in length by 8½ inches in height. Item number 3276BL features a stand-up design to store and organize coffee pods. It measures approximately 10 inches in width by 2 inches in length by 11 inches in height. The applicable subheading for the Onyx Hospitality Organizer – 1 Drawer (Item number 3274BL), the Hospitality Organizer – 3 Drawer (Item number 3275BL) and the Onyx Stand-Up Hospitality Organizer (Item number 3276BL) will be 7323.99.9080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for table, kitchen or other household articles and parts thereof, of iron or steel…other, other, not coated or plated with precious metal, other, other, other. The rate of duty will be 3.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
