Bergazid C1299, CAS 143-07-7, also known as Lauric acid and Dodecanoic acid, is a saturated fatty acid. The applicable subheading for the Bergazid C1299 will be 2915.90.1010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Saturated acyclic monocarboxylic acids and their anhydrides, halides, peroxides and peroxyacids; their halogenated, sulfonated, nitrated or nitrosated derivatives: Other: Acids: Fatty acids of animal or vegetable origin: Lauric acid. The rate of duty will be 5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
