Item Number SA5209R. A sample was submitted with your ruling request. The sample was sent for analysis to our Customs and Border Protection Laboratory. Our laboratory has now completed its analysis. The article is designated as “Harvest Street Light”, Liss Item Number 9025723/Mfg. Item Number SA5209R. The product is a figurine in the form of a streetlight/lamppost; at the top of the article, there is a hexagonal lantern which covers a tiny bulb. The base of the lamppost includes representations of three pumpkins, a bundle of wheat and colored leaves. A sign incorporated into the figurine reads “Give Thanks” and hangs from an iron pole attached to two metal chains. The article measures approximately 12 inches in height and is placed on an oval base approximately 6 inches wide. The light bulb is illuminated by a battery operated switch located on the underside of the base. In your letter, you state that the “Harvest Street Light” figurine is composed of natural limestone uniformly agglomerated with plastic resins. Our laboratory’s analysis of Liss Item Number 9025723/Mfg. Item Number SA5209R is consistent with the information on the composition of the article presented in your ruling request. The applicable subheading for the “Harvest Street Light”, Liss Item Number 9025723/Mfg. Number SA5209R will be 6810.99.0080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for articles of…artificial stone, whether or not reinforced: other articles: other.
