You have requested classification on Style 507MS3901. Style 507MS3901 was previously ruled upon in NY N216735 of June 4, 2012. A copy of that ruling is enclosed herewith. Until such time as NY N216735 is revoked or modified, the classification of Style 507MS3901, as shown in NY N216735, remains in effect. NY ruling 216735 classified Style 507MS3901 under subheading 6211.11.1010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
