N225105 July 26, 2012 CLA-2-73:OT:RR:NC:N1:113 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 7323.99.7000 Jennie Crossley Allstar Marketing Group, LLC 2 Skyline Drive Hawthorne, NY 10532 RE: The tariff classification of tortilla pan sets from China Dear Ms. Crossley: In your letter dated July 9, 2012, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The item concerned is identified as the Perfect Tortilla™ Pan Set (Product Model PT011124). It consists of four tortilla pans made of carbon steel. Each pan measures approximately 9.5 inches high by 3.27 inches wide and 6.3 inches long. All pans are shaped like a tortilla bowl with curly sides. They will be used to bake edible tortilla bowls which will be used to hold tacos, salads and dips. The applicable subheading for the tortilla pan set will be 7323.99.7000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for table, kitchen or other household articles and parts thereof, of iron or steel, other, other, not coated or plated with precious metal, other, cookingware. The rate of duty will be 5.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
