Cormace-Olson Nikon, Inc. 1300 Walt Whitman Road Melville, NY 11747 RE: The tariff classification of binocular telescopes from Japan Dear Ms. Cormace-Olson: In your letter dated June 26, 2012 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The item is porro-type binocular telescope model number 20x120III. The binocular telescope features 20 times magnification and has an objective with a diameter of 120 millimeters. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
