The submitted garment is being returned as per your request. Style EC7117 is a “Calvin Klein” label woman’s sleeveless pullover that is stated to be constructed from 92% nylon 4% metallic 4% spandex knitted fabric. The outer surface of the fabric measures more than nine stitches per two centimeters in the direction that the stitches were formed. As discussed, examination of the garment fabric finds the metallic yarn to be a separate yarn creating an intermittent decorative stitch pattern on the outer surface of the garment. The sleeveless pullover features a cowl front neckline, a slightly rounded rear neckline, vertical darts extending from the shoulder seams on the front panel which enhance the drape effect of the cowl neckline, and a straight hemmed garment bottom. The garment extends to below the waist. The applicable subheading for the garment will be 6110.30.3059, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Sweaters, pullovers, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: Of man-made fibers: Other: Other: Other: Women’s or girls’: Other.
