N179720 September 2, 2011 CLA-2-73:OT:RR:NC:N1:113 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 7326.90.8588 Ms. Anna Nuzzi Continental Accessory Corporation 150 New Highway Amityville, NY 11701 RE: The tariff classification of sport bottles from China Dear Ms. Nuzzi: In your letter dated August 8, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a photograph of the two bottles for our review. The items under consideration are two stainless steel # 201 sport bottles with plastic caps. The bottles will be used to hold liquids. Each bottle features a clip that is attached to the top of the cap. The bottles measure 8.5 inches in length by 2.89 inches in height by 2.89 inches in width. One bottle is decorated in an animal print leopard design and the other bottle is decorated in an animal print zebra design. You indicate that each bottle will be packed with a color hang tag. The applicable subheading for the sport bottles will be 7326.90.8588, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of iron or steel, other, other, other, other, other. The rate of duty will be 2.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
