Your sample will be returned to you. The sample was submitted without a style number. The item is a drawstring pouch constructed with an outer surface of 96% cotton and 4% polyester textile material. It is designed for the storage, protection, portability and organization of its contents. The pouch has one unlined compartment with a drawstring closure at the top. It is of a durable construction, suitable for repetitive use and measures approximately 6” (W) x 6.5” (H). The applicable subheading for the drawstring pouch will be 4202.92.6091, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides in part, for other bags and containers, of cotton, other. The duty rate will be 6.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
