Your sample will be returned to you. Style HR-5518-05 is a document holder constructed with an outer surface of polyester textile material that is backed with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It is designed in the shape of a large envelope and measures approximately 14” (W) x 10.5” (H) x 1.25” (D). It provides organization, portability, protection, and storage to automotive manuals and other personal effects such as a registration card, an insurance card, phone numbers, business cards, etc. It has a main compartment with a flap that secures with a hook-and-loop closure. The front exterior has two open pockets across the width. The applicable subheading for the document case will be 4202.92.9026, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other containers and cases, other, with outer surface of textile materials, of man-made fibers. The rate of duty will be 17.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
