The sample submitted will be returned. Style 4617 “Beggars Sleeve” is a pair of adult unisex gloves constructed of 92% polyester and 8% spandex knitted fabric, which have been brushed on the underside. The gloves feature a slit at the thumb opening, an unfinished top and bottom, flatlock stitching at the side seam, measure approximately 12-inches in length and a label with the “Turtle Fur” trademark sewn onto the top. The applicable subheading for Style 4617 “Beggars Sleeve” will be 6116.93.8800, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Gloves, mittens and mitts, knitted or crocheted: Other: Of synthetic fibers: Other: Other: without fourchettes. The rate of duty will be 18.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
