The subject product, Zanamivir, is an antiviral drug and a neuraminidase inhibitor used for the treatment of uncomplicated acute illness due to influenza A and B virus. The applicable subheading for the Zanamivir in bulk form will be 2932.99.9090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Heterocyclic compounds with oxygen hetero-atom(s) only: Other: Other: Other: Other.” Pursuant to General Note 13, HTSUS, the rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
