As requested, your sample is being returned to you. The submitted sample, style 21291, is a woman’s “Garnet Hill” brand cut and sewn sleeveless blouse constructed from 100% cotton jersey finely knitted fabric. The outer surface of the garment measures 10 or more stitches in both directions. The garment features a u-shaped front neckline, a self-fabric neckband with a drawstring tie at the center of the front neckline, and a straight hemmed garment bottom. The submitted size medium sample garment extends to the upper thigh area. The applicable subheading will be 6106.10.0010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Women’s or girls’ blouses and shirts, knitted or crocheted: Of cotton: Women’s. The duty rate will be 19.7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
